The absolute LOW end of this pool is $50 per finished hour. If you want a slower or more deliberate voice, it'll cost you more. So if you want a quick voice, it'll also be less expensive. Rough estimate is 9300 words per hour of finished audio, more or less depending on how fast your narrator is. You agree upon a final price for the recorded audio. In the meantime, please know that there are three choices for how you pay a narrator. If you post your title and give a good audition script and any guidance you want as far as pronunciation or dialect, you'll get auditions and can choose the voice and quality you want to negotiate with. Others are true professionals doing it full time, and a great many do it as a side hustle at quality but not full time. They don't understand the equipment or software or space treatment needs to create good work.
